CHECK-IN & MANDATORY GEAR CHECK
To ensure a smooth start to your race, please read the check-in and gear check instructions below carefully.
We offer two opportunities for you to check in and collect your bib:
Option 1: Pre-Race Day Check-In
Be organised and stress-free on Sunday morning!
WHEN:Saturday, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
WHERE:Settler’s Inn Port Macquarie
ADDRESS: 101 Hastings River Dr, Port Macquarie
Grab your bib, meet the team, and maybe a bite to eat at the Settlers Inn.
Option 2: Race Day Check-In
For those arriving on Sunday morning.
WHEN: Sunday, From 5:30 AM
WHERE: At the Race Start (BurrawanForest Drive)
MANDATORY GEAR CHECK IS REQUIRED
Regardless of which check-in option you choose, you must complete a mandatory gear check.
No Gear Check = No Bib = No Race.
To collect your bib, you are required to present all mandatory gear items for inspection. Our volunteers will verify your equipment to ensure everyone's safety out on the trails.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY PINS FOR YOUR BIBS
PLEASE NOTE: We do not have exceptions. If you do not have the required gear, you will not be allowed to check in. We do have mandatory gear at check-in you can purchase.
