Mandatory Gear
All competitors need to have their mandatory gear checked before they can receive their race pack at race check-in.
There are two options for getting your gear checked: (NO ONLINE GEAR CHECKS)

Option 1: Race Check-In [Port Macquarie]

Option 2: Race morning Check-In from 5.30am (each race closes 30mins before the start of race).
We strongly recommend you come to a check-in Saturday night before your race. Race morning check-in is mainly for the people getting into town late the night before their race and for people travelling up race morning who live nearby.

WEATHER DEPENDANT GEAR RULE: If weather conditions are very cold or wet, the race director may make the decision at any time to pick up some of this gear and carry.

Drop bags are to be left at the race hub [start/finish] tent. Items left behind, will not be posted. It is your responsibility to collect them before 3pm Sunday.
Name on Bib

You can put your name, nickname, something funny, group name etc. on your bib. You will be asked at time of registration if you would like something written on your bib.

Cut off date for name on bib is 14th April. If not filled in, your bib will be blank.

After this date you will have to write it on with texta if you would like something on it.
